Saudi Arabia requires all employers to provide health insurance for expatriate employees under the Cooperative Health Insurance Law (CCHI). Government employees receive coverage through the Ministry of Health network.
Your employer handles enrolment β health insurance is mandatory before your iqama (residence permit) is issued. Most packages cover inpatient, outpatient, and emergency care. Dental and optical are often add-ons.
