Refund Policy

VisaPath Pro subscriptions are sold and billed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Paddle processes payments, applicable taxes, receipts, cancellations, and approved refunds. This policy supplements Paddle's Buyer Terms and Refund Policy. Mandatory consumer rights always apply.

Unless applicable law requires otherwise, completed subscription transactions are generally non-refundable. Paddle may consider a refund request submitted within 14 days of a transaction on a case-by-case basis. A request within that period does not guarantee approval.

Different statutory withdrawal periods may apply depending on your country, including rights relating to first subscription payments, renewals, faulty services, or services that are not as described. Nothing in this policy limits those rights.

Contact us promptly if a material technical problem prevents you from using the Pro features you purchased, or if you believe you were charged incorrectly. We will first try to restore access or correct the billing issue. Where appropriate, we will ask Paddle to review a full or partial refund.

You may cancel a subscription at any time from your VisaPath subscription page or the management link in your Paddle receipt. A scheduled cancellation normally prevents the next renewal while access continues until the end of the paid billing period. Cancellation by itself does not create a right to a refund for the current period.

Use the receipt or subscription-management link in your Paddle confirmation email, visit Paddle Buyer Support, or email hello@abroadmaster.com with the account email, transaction date, and reason for the request. Do not send card numbers or other payment credentials.

Paddle normally returns an approved refund to the original payment method where possible. Processing time depends on Paddle, the payment method, and your financial institution. Access associated with a refunded transaction may end when the refund is approved.
