By accessing or using VisaPath (“the Platform”, “we”, “us”, “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

VisaPath provides general immigration information, visa guides, and AI-assisted tools for informational purposes only. Nothing on this Platform constitutes legal advice, immigration advice, or a guarantee of any visa outcome. You should consult a registered migration agent or immigration lawyer before submitting any visa application.

Visa requirements, fees, processing times, and eligibility rules change frequently. While we link every entry to its official government source and review data regularly, we make no warranty that the information is current, complete, or error-free. Always verify requirements on the relevant government website before paying any fees or submitting documents.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password. Notify us immediately at the address in Section 11 if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

Pro subscriptions are billed monthly via Paddle. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are not issued for partial months. Paddle acts as the Merchant of Record and handles all payment processing and tax obligations.

You must not:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or systematically extract Platform content.
• Post misleading, defamatory, or fraudulent content in the forum or community sections.
• Impersonate any person, government body, or embassy.
• Use AI-generated content from this Platform to mislead immigration authorities.

The AI tools on VisaPath — including the assistant, document writer, and profile optimizer — generate content based on publicly available immigration data. AI outputs may contain errors and must be reviewed by a qualified person before use in any official submission. We expressly disclaim liability for any consequences arising from reliance on AI-generated content.

The Platform links to official government websites and external resources. We do not control third-party sites and accept no responsibility for their content, availability, or changes to their information.

All original content on VisaPath — including written guides, design, code, and data compilations — is the property of VisaPath and is protected by copyright. You may not reproduce or republish Platform content without prior written permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VisaPath and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, reliance on Platform content, or any visa decision made by any government authority.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sri Lanka.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after notice of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will display the updated date at the top of this page.
